5.3. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer according to the rates of the chosen operator.

5.4. Delivery is available only within Ukraine.

6. Returns of Goods and Refunds

6.1. The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the moment of receipt, provided that its appearance, packaging, and completeness are preserved.

6.2. The buyer bears the return costs.

6.3. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the product has been received and inspected by the seller.

6.4. Custom orders are not subject to exchange or return.

7. Warranties

7.1. The seller guarantees the functionality of the product and its compliance with the stated characteristics.

7.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product.

8.1. By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
